🧾 Booking, Consultations, & Packages
Q: How do I book a consultation or service?
A: You can book your consultation through our
Google Appointments calendar. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation and intake form via email to help us
prepare for your session.
Q: What’s the difference between a Consultation and a Package?
A: Consultations are one-time, focused support sessions (10–30 minutes). Packages provide ongoing support, edits, research, and custom tools over multiple days or weeks.
Q: Can I reschedule my consultation?
A: Yes, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
Q: I’m not sure which package is right for me. What should I do?
A: Start with a
Dogwood Consultation to clarify your needs. If you upgrade to a package, your consultation fee will be applied toward your package.
Q: What’s the difference between the Petal and Bloom Packages?
A: The
Petal Package is great for mid-stage projects that need organization and accountability. The
Bloom Package is for clients with complex projects needing visual tools, additional edits, and extended support.
Q: What are the Orchid Packages?
A: These are advanced, specialty packages in three tiers:
- Orchid I: Curriculum and Lesson Planning
- Orchid II: Grant Writing
- Orchid III: Strategic Planning
They build on the Bloom Package with additional consults, tools, and review time.
📬 Delivery & Communication
Q: How will I receive my materials?
A: Deliverables (research, edits, tools) are sent via Google Drive within the timeframe stated in your package. You’ll receive an email with access and next steps.
Q: Do I need to meet live for every package?
A: Not always! Some packages include email-only support or optional Google Meet check-ins. We’ll tailor support to what works best for you.
💳 Payment & Refunds
Q: How do I pay for services?
A: All services are processed through Tailor Brands’ payment tools. You can pay securely at checkout—no need for Stripe or PayPal.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the nature of advisory and research-based work, all sales are final. If you’re unhappy with your service, contact us—we’ll do our best to make it right.

Welcome to 7ty7 Advisory Services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including consultations, digital products, research deliverables, and related offerings. By booking a service or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer academic, strategic, and instructional consulting services that may include:
- Live virtual consultations
- Customized research and development support
- Curriculum design and instructional resources
- Grant writing guidance and project planning
We do not guarantee outcomes (e.g., grade improvement, funding awards, publication) but provide support based on professional experience and good-faith effort.
2. Booking & Payment
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- All sales are final. Cancellations are not refunded but may be rescheduled once with 24 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling must be done via the provided booking link or by emailing support@77edvisory.com.
3. Turnaround Time
Research and deliverables (e.g., citations, editing, templates) will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your selected package (typically 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted). Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
4. Intellectual Property
All deliverables and materials provided to you are for your personal or organizational use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of any materials (e.g., templates, visuals, lesson plans) is prohibited.
7ty7 Advisory retains rights to all original materials and tools unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Client information, materials, and conversations are confidential and will not be shared outside of your sessions or deliverables unless:
- Required by law
- Explicit permission is granted by the client
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide clear goals, timelines, and materials when booking a service
- Communicate respectfully and professionally
- Adhere to deadlines for submitting drafts, notes, or follow-up requests
7. Results Disclaimer
7ty7 Advisory does not guarantee admission, grades, funding, or publication. All advice, editing, and strategy is meant to support your independent work and goals.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, including delays, missed deadlines, or dissatisfaction with outcomes. You agree to use our services at your own discretion and risk.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
